Congratulations!

There are 2 things happen on 18th March 2010.

1st I Congratulate my 5th sister on her effort to finished her study at IBB (Institute Bahasa Melayu) for the course of Education (Degree). She just had her convocation and I am happy for her. She is now working as a teacher at Sarawak.

2nd congratulate to my best friend Jura who had delivered a beautiful baby girl named Marsya Damia, with 3.6Kg of weight and 49cm long. Both mummy and baby are doing well. For Jura enjoy your 60 days of holiday..heheheh

Family Day 2008

We have our company family day 2008 last Saturday. It was successfully done and everyone get their prizes. Even though I was not really happy and satisfied for that day but at least I did my job and at least everybody who attended the family day are happy.

Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU for those who help me for the preparation.

FAMILY DAY 2008

Yes, I am not suppose to tell you the real story, but here I come. I was the one who open the hall in the morning BUT it was around 8:20am, it suppose to be earlier but since we only have 1 key for the entrance door, they have to wait for me. I went home late the day before,I was the last person who responsible for all the value prizes inside the room. I locked the door and I went home. Without any thought of leaving the keys to our SO who worked 24 hours, all in my mind was..going home..I am tired. Because of late home my husband angry on me.

The next day, I re-confirmed with my colleague, do they really have a spare key to open the door, well he replied me yes. I take a granteed everything will be fine, I am not really worried, all I have to concentrate is preparing all the games materials, such as eggs, oranges, apples, bananas and the plates. I want to makesure all the things inside my basket and I will not forget those important things. Suddenly I get sms from my colleague around 7:26 am (I still keep the sms in my phone), they dont have spare key..OMG..that time I was like..S@#t..my 2 kids hasn't ready yet, my husband still sleeping, I am not ready, all in one time like the volcanos going to explode..goshh..I ask my mom to woke up and help me with my kids. I only manage to give aishah a shower with me, Hakim just wash his face and change his cloth. At first my husband doesn't want to woke up..its too early he said. Till we get fight (*again). I dont care..all in my mind now is just go and reached Sabah Trade Centre as fast as I can. Luckily my husband followed and he is the one who driving at least he is not as stressed as me..I still control my stress but when I reached STC and open the door, I felt like a big stone out from my throats..and my tears start to fall from my eyes..I dont know..I felt like I am the main person on that day..hahahahahaaa..*perasan.

Well..for those who saw my red eyes..hope you understand how big is my responsibilites for that day. Some people just come with an empty hand and I need to bring 1 basket, 1 plastic bag and 1 cooler box for only that event. I don't know, am I stupid? sometimes I think I am too good to offer my help. May be next time, I supposed to consider it first before doing it..hahahahaha because some people are just saying it but no action taken. Its difficult to say..maybe they just dont realize it..maybe some of them actually try to avoid to help..who knows..hahahaaaa..Last but not least, I am just trying to help the best I can help, if I didn't do it..who will do it..no body ok..la..I am finished with my rambling..Please I dont expect anything just want to tell what in my heart.

Happy Birthday to David

We attended our friend's son 2nd birthday last Saturday. The owner of beautiful house called "Sinurambi", we knew them 5 years ago from my husband dutch friend. David's birthday party was a bit delay because they waited for his brother to visit them.

Weekend at Itoh's place

This is always what the children want. Swimming with papa. We visited our Japanese friend a few week ago. He lives at "The Peak" condominium, we went swimming with him but unfortunately I did not have a chance to take a photo of him. I even does not have a chance to took a photo of the Japanese food he prepared for us that night. Gossh, our camera's out of batteries . I only manage to took a few photos, sorry Itoh, next time I'll take a photo of you with the children.

Qhareef and Qeisya

Qhareef and Qeisya's Birthday on 2nd Aug 08

We attended Qhareef and Qeisya Birthday last saturday, we were late and couldn't get the chance to take a photo of their birthday cakes and cutting cake ceremony.
As usual meeting with old friends and the children of them. For the first time I brought our camera with me and I asked Alice to take a photos of that day, thanks Alice.

Aishah cried that day because, she was shocked when her ballon blown. Its just a game..who can protect his/her ballon till the last person, she/he will win. The only person who doesn't know the game's rule was Aishah, so she just stand there watching others playing. She thought that the ballon at her ankle is just for fun, but actually not. One of the player saw Aishah's ballon and she step on it.."POOP" Aishah cried..kesian..terkejut..we are all laughing..hahahahaa..Hakim?..I dont know where he is..He is always want to play with Qhareef's mini motobike, so he is somewhere inside or outside the house looking for something he can play with, that my Hakim.

Whatever it is, Happy Birthday for Qhareef and Qeisya and hope you like the gift we bought you.

We attended our colleagues garden wedding last Saturday. The bride and the broom was really happy entertaining their guests who came for that day. We were really enjoyed the foods while met with old colleagues. Good Day

Today me and my friend Jura plan to meet our old friends Ujie and Yone at our favorite restaurant called "Wan Wan'. We loves to go there because of the fish soup they serve. Well, we meet there during lunch time and talk about yone experience with her new office environment. I can imagine how is the feeling of having new friends and new job after 5 years working and doing the same job. All we have to say to yon, just be patient and try to get use of the new environment and job.

Than late in the afternoon, me and Jura recieve a good news, our friend Fazearh just give birth at 11.00am at Sabah Medical Centre. Congratulations! to her and the husband for the beautiful baby girl. Now her little Mehrnaz has a new sister. Great. Actually I just come back from visiting her, she is fine and the baby as well.

That was my day.

TCRS...

Wonder what that means..even me and jura need to figure out what TCRS means :D. Today we learn new short form of TCRS aka "The Chicken Rice Shop" We eat there for lunch today. What a restaurant!*##*#*&^%@, the waitress show us the Menu, then we start to search what we want. There are a lots of choices, combo or not combo, but the worst thing is we couldn't find what we want. There is no one at our table to explain what are those Menu.

I still remember when we concentrate of searching what we want,Jura saw the TCRS Honey BBQ Chicken, she ask me,"apa itu TCRS"? I was blur as well but suddenly I remember the chicken rice name, so I tell her its "The Chicken Rice Shop". First time in that restaurant, of course need some info.

My stomach is telling me, "please give me something" I want food, hungry..so I just simply order what I think its worth. Well 3 of us have order TCRS Honey barbecue chicken, its show below the Combo meals. There are 2 inside the column, 1. Single Combo Chicken (Steam, Roasted or Honey BBQ) sorry forgot the price..and 2. TCRS combo Honey BBQ Chicken for RM10.99.

When the food arrive, we only get chicken. WHAT??? its a combo meal man?, don't they think before they made the Beautiful Menu, they should state inside the menu (*Without rice), The strange thing is the other menu which is single Combo Chicken serve with rice. OOOO.. gosh!..please!!..we are starving and we have to deal with this kind of thing. We even ask the waitress before we order, is it with rice or not, she said yes, with rice. so thats why we order. Suddenly we only get Chicken..

That kind of restaurant look branded and luxurious, they even doesn't have milo ice and one of my friend has order "Tea Tarik". Her tea tarik did not arrive till she finish her food. can't wait her tea tarik, change her drink to chinese tea. Whatever it is, we have eat and happy to meet our old friends Connie and Amelia. I think our table is the most noises in the restaurant.

Qhareef's new sister

Today in the morning, I received sms from my friend Mona, She has delivered her baby last night at 11.13pm, baby girl with the weight of 2.5kg and 46cm length. CONGRATULATIONS!.

In the afternoon, me, zura, yone and Syarifah visited her at KK Specialist Center.Good to see both mother and baby doing well. We chat with her for a while and about 30 minutes we stay and then we left and went to City Mall to have our lunch. The only restaurant we saw in City Mall was "the finger licking good" restaurant,Ya of course KFC, we eat there and then got time to explore and survey the City Mall. We finished around 1.30pm reach office at 2.00pm.

On the way back to the office, I recieve call from ujie, she just come back from KL and want to drop by to sent the "Dunkin Donuts" for us, waaaaaa... Thanks Ujie.. She bought 6 Donuts and I give it to Ulai,Jen, yon, Jura, cindy and me. We couldn't finish it actually, still a few cuts at the fridge..Thanks Ujie for the Donuts, first time I eat Dunkin Donuts..LOL.By the way, its was delicious

Rafting at Padas River

On 4th August (Saturday),me and my 10 colleagues and 1 student from UMS went for Rafting at Padas River.We departed from KK around 8:05am . On the way to Beaufort everybody were excited while enjoying the scenery along the road.

Arrived at the Beaufort Train Station around 9:15am, but we have to wait for the train to Tenom scheduled at 10.30am. So we just standing there and looking around, people goes by and I bought 1 bottle of Sprite and a junk food.The BUSAT (Borneo Ultimate Sabah Adventure Tour) guy passed the form to be signed by us. Ya..indemnity form 'Rafting at our own risk'..

At 10:00am the train arrived and everybody rush to get into the train. We are also one of them, but once we get into the train, the train is still busy of loading construction materials. Well, we are just watched and it was so hot inside the train. Luckily we did not go inside the crowded one, me and my friend Ulai just go next to the train door. We were standing with the local people. There are so many smell inside the train, I smelled salted fish'ikan Masin", patrol and more. Some of the local, they bought chicken from the town to bring home and they put it inside the box. I can hear the chicken voices, pity little chicken.

Then the train finished to load all the materials almost at 10:45am and last part the train should

do is to connect the train with other train. So we start our train journey at 11:00am.I can't

imagine I am inside the slowest train in the world. The train of British era, what a boring

ride. I was sleepy inside the train but i couldn't sleep. it was so noisy with the train horn

tut..tut..and the train brake, (you know the noise of Metal touching each other) so

irritating, and the noises of the UMS students laughing and talking to each other..i am just

enjoying the scenery of of the river along the train rail.

After 1 hour ride, we reach the ending point in Rayoh. The train stopped and waited all rafters

to drop their bags and things. In 10 minutes or maybe less, everybody is running to the train

again, fighting to get a seat. After 30 minutes on the train, finally we reach the starting

point, Pangi.

When we reach Pangi, we were given mineral water, banana, watermelon and Appolo layer cake. I

got 1 banana and a slice of watermelon before we start our rafting.10 minutes resting and

having a light refreshment we are all instructed to follow the guide to the river where we

will start our adventure. Before we are all go into the boat, we were instructed to wear the

life jacket and the helmet and also given a safety briefing by Mr.Arkin (BUSAT guide and our

rafting guide).

After the briefing, we were divided into 2 groups,me, Agnes, Jenny,Johnny, Amar and AlexS were

in 1 boat and the rest are in other boat (Hayati, Irene, wendy,Hooi theng,Chin yit and David

Chong). Everybody with their own guide, last group was us. So we get the most problematic

boat. The boat was not enough air, and got holes somewhere could not be found.before we raft,

the guide have to pump some air inside our boat.

The more excited part when we start rafting, yes..on the river, its start calm, everybody is

paddling with energy, the first rapid point are Head Hunter Rapid, just warming up rapid, its

start to bounce the boat, everybody says yeah..woooo..and still singing and enjoying. The 2nd

rapid, Scooby doo rapid..the water quite high, the last current/wave make me and Jenny thrown

at the back, next to agnes, so we were little bit hurt. But the most unforgettable moment when

we were at the cobra point. We start to think what next.the guide told us, this cobra point is

the most strong and usually the boat will capsize, well we were trying to paddle as hard and as

fast as possible, unfortunately our boat was capsized. All of us thrown into the deep brown

water.First thing in my mind when I was in the water, make sure no boat on top of me, I raised

both of my hand to make sure i can touch the boat and I heard blup..blup..blup..Suddenly I can

felt my body is going up when I heard the air or maybe the current of the water on top of me.

I flip my 2 legs to reach the top but suddenly I felt somebody pull my legs and again into the

water.

I can felt that this person is scary and panic, he hold me and try to grab me. I was thinking,

as long as this person keep on pulling me, I know there is no chance of us to go up. Then I

started to hold him back with my 2 little hands. I grab his life jacket and tried to bring him

up. I can't remember how many times he try to pull me and that makes me drink a lot of water.

Every time I reach the top, i try to shout..Please don't do thissss...but then..I am in the

water again..waited a few minutes, after we reach the slow current, we were finally float, but

again, he didn't release me, and I understand why. I just hold him and try to make him

calm. I keep on telling him, please, be calm and relax, try to lay your body..relax.. I saw

our guide try to reach us as well. He tried to reach us with the paddle. Every time we want to

take the paddle the current wash us just like he doesn't want us to be saved. luckily we manage

to grab the paddle and get close to the boat. Once I am in the boat I look around and i saw a

few more still in the water. I am keep on asking where is my other friends especially Ulai.

Thanks god, jenny and Ulai was at the side of the boat, holding the rope. I help Ulai to get

into the boat and then we help one hong Kong girl which is from other boat who was capsized as

well.

After the capsize scene, our boat was stuck at the shallow water. We couldn't move the boat to the water with current. one of our member was still in shocked. We take 30 minutes to get the boat to the water again. And we raft till the end without anymore problem. We pass the 4 more rapid point which are Merry-Go-Round Rapid, Break Point Rapid, Washing Machine Rapid and Lambada Rapid Each rapid will give you the feel of the motion as what the name means.Till we reach the ending point at Rayoh at 3:15pm. We only have 30 minutes to changed and take our lunch. The train will arrive at 3:45pm at the Rayoh Station.We manage to change our wet shirts and pants and take our lunch as fast as we can. But most important thing, we have faced and felt the adventure of rafting at level 3-4. YES..

Once again inside the train, i looked at everybody faces, tired and sleepy.It was quite only the sound of the train. We reach the Train Station at Beaufort at 5.25pm and back to KK at 5.55pm and reach KK at 6.45pm. We manage to take our group photo with our rafting guide but we did not get our Rafting action photo. will get the photo by this week to share with you all.

Meet Ujie at Secret Recipe

Friday!..Yes I think everybody will think of Where should I go today for lunch?. Today our Jalan-jalan Cari Makan is at "Secret Recipe" and our guest is 'Ujie', YAY she is wearing baju kurung, ayu gitu!!..we chit chat and take a shots of photos

Today I order "Chicken with mushroom sauce" and Iced Lemon Tea for drink. Sedap....and also zura and yon dishes..

Visiting Baby Ethan

Finally we reach the last Friday in July...today we went to have our lunch at "Krishna curry House at Grand Millennium, we ordered small fish head curry set..yummy..yummy..long time we did not eat fish head curry with rice and vegetables on the banana leaf.. puas hati..

Afterwards, we went to visit Joyce and baby Ethan.., they are doing fine and nice to talk with Joyce about her experience during and after delivery of baby Ethan. We was touched by the story. But anyway, we like to chat with her till we forgot it was 2.30pm and time to go back to office. (Hellloooo lunch time is from 11.30-2.00pm)..just kasi tebal muka lah..we reach office at 3.00pm..as usual J+S+M= L.A.T.E...hahahahahaa.

Friday..

Happy its FRIDAY..last day of working days..so today we went out with Fazerah again. Today we accompany by Ulai and Yati. First the plan was to City Mall, but then at the end it change to Center Point. Yati suggested to having lunch at Fish & Co, Warisan Square. For me why not?..as long as its in my budget..heheheee.. its a nice restaurant and elegant, I think we were the noises one, but Who cares..

We open the Menu book, and first look at the price..WOW..not bad.. to eat rice there, its cost RM3.00, ya..I can imagine that ;P. First we (me, yon and ulai) decided to share a pizza which is cost RM15.90..so we thought we can save little bit of our money. Than, bad news.. Pizza is finish. So I choose other menu..fed up of choosing, i just take " The best Fish & chip in town".

mmmmm...ok lah.. (see pic) and lime juice for my drink. As long as my stomach is full ...and we enjoy it. Today I bought new sandal for our Rafting Trip to Padas river in August.
